YASocial Data Deletion
You can ask YAS MEDIA to delete information stored by YASocial for an Instagram account you own or manage.
How to request deletion
Use the subject “YASocial data deletion”. Include your Instagram username and, if you know it, the YAS Dashboard project name. Tell us whether your request covers all YASocial data for the account or specific items such as the connection, copied profile photo, drafts or schedules. Keep passwords and access tokens out of the request.
How we handle your request
We may ask you to verify that you control the account. Once verified, we handle the deletion of the requested data, subject to applicable retention obligations. For a full deletion request, we remove saved access and stop pending publications for that connection as part of the process.
Manage access and published posts
To revoke access directly, open the connected app settings in Meta or Instagram and remove YASocial. Send a separate deletion request to remove data YASocial has stored. Manage posts already published to Instagram from your Instagram account.
