YAS MEDIA operates YASocial, an integration that connects professional Instagram accounts to projects in YAS Dashboard.
Information we receive
When you connect an account, Meta may provide its Instagram ID, username, profile name and photo, business portfolio ID, granted permissions and an access token. YAS Dashboard also stores the captions, media, schedules and publishing results you manage through YASocial.
How we use information
We use this information to verify the connection, associate your Instagram account with the correct project, display its profile information and carry out the scheduling and publishing actions you authorize. A copy of the profile photo may be saved as the project logo.
Storage and sharing
We encrypt Instagram access tokens before storing them. Our hosting and database providers support the operation of YASocial. We send content to Meta when you authorize publishing. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as long as needed to provide the integration or meet applicable obligations. You can revoke access in Meta or Instagram and contact YAS MEDIA to request access to, correction of or deletion of the information YASocial stores.
